The following documents must be submitted with the application and the non-refundable application fee:

  • Completed and signed admission application form (Grades 7-11)

  • One 2x2 photo

  • An original birth certificate (for verification only)

  • Letter of conduct from previous school

  • Certificate of good financial standing from previous school, if private.

  • Parent or Guardian Statement

  • Sealed official transcript of credits from previous school (Release of Record Authorization form provided by Wesleyan Academy)

  • Sealed two recommendations by former or current teachers for application (form provided by Wesleyan Academy)


Admission Process:

  • Pay the nonrefundable application and testing fee

  • All applicants (7-11) are scheduled for admission evaluation.

  • Results of admission evaluation and other documents are submitted to the Admissions Committee. A formal interview with the student or additional testing may be required at the discretion of the committee.

  • Parent interview with the Headmaster or Principal.

  • The decision is informed to parents.

  • Once accepted, a letter with due date for payment and remaining documents is given or handed.


Parents are notified (by email or mail) of dates for book and uniform sales.
