Re-enrollment

Welcome Parents to Wesleyan Academy Re-enrollment Period for the new school year 2021-2022! Thanks for your continued trust in Wesleyan Academy as we endeavor to meet the educational needs of our students in the mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical dimensions of their lives.

The Re-enrollment process is only 3 easy steps.

Read the letter with instructions and use the included Checklist to verify applicable forms. Complete the Re-enrollment documents that you will find attached. They can be completed in PDF or printed and filled out manually.

Once all documents are completed and signed, send them to the email indicated in the letter enclosed.

Don’t forget to include your Re-enrollment payment by completing the Debit Authorization Form (ACH Direct Debit or Credit Card Automatic Payment option (see blue button).
